SPECIAL PROCESS

Special processes are certified by NADCAP and OEM on Chemical Process including Boric sulfuric acid anodize, Sulfuric acid anodize, Passivation, Dry film and Laboratory. Electrical discharge machining (EDM) processes have Drilling EDM, Wire EDM, Multiple electrodes EDM. Welding process includes Tungsten inert gas (TIG) weld with 5 axis automatic welding machine, Electron Beam Welding (EBW) and Laser welding. Heat treatment process has both horizontal and vertical vacuum furnace and Air furnace. Non-destructive inspection includes Fluorescent inspection, Magnetic particle inspection, Radiography inspection and Ultrasonic inspection. Other special processes are composite, shot peen, thermal spray of plasma spray, flame spray and air flow test. Above mentioned equipment can provide service for internal and customer demand.
