SUPPLIER ETHICAL CODE OF CONDUCT

1-Integrity, Accountability, and Loyalty

All suppliers are to apply high integrity in carrying out business transactions on behalf of the company. They are to fully accountable to the activities that they are tasked with and remain loyal to protect the assets, reputation, well-being and interests of the company.

2-Mutual Respect

Suppliers are the EGAT valued assets. The company endeavors to create a safe, conducive working environment based on merit. All suppliers are work together collectively as a team for positive, timely and mutually beneficial outcomes to all parties on all business and maintenance activities. These outcomes are to be achieved through consensus building and mutual trust with one another, with suppliers and with customers.

3-Environment, Health and Safety

The company is committed to the protection of the environment and to conservation, through education, investment in pollution reducing equipment, reduction in carbon footprint, and recycling. All suppliers are to abide by the corporate commitment to work on initiatives and continuous improvement plans to reduce waste, increase recycling, conserve energy and / or resources.

All suppliers shall carry out their duties in the company in compliance with the technical standards set forth by the company, the regulatory agencies, and the original equipment manufacturers.

EGAT its responsibility to build a sustainable future for its communities, employees, customers and investors. EGAT is committed to operating in a manner that promotes environmental stewardship.

4-Ethics

Suppliers promise to abide by relevant laws and conduct business in a decent manner. Therefore, every supplier of Evergreen Aerospace Guanyin Branch is responsible for self-requirement with the highest standard of conduct, abide by work discipline, not for personal fraud, and not to abuse authority. Violators are not considered misconduct. If it is found that other members of the company may be involved in illegal activities or violate this code of conduct, the supplier is obliged to report to bsdegatg@egat.com.tw to prevent illegal incidents and ensure the sustainable operation and development of the company.

We expect suppliers to adhere to the EGAT Supplier Code of Conduct (3BCD-06-001) throughout the time they do business with us, and notify EGAT of any instances where expectations are not met.

5-Cybersecurity

Effective cybersecurity is essential to running a healthy business and protecting sensitive information for EGAT and its supplier. In order to protect commercial sensitive information, EGAT does not require suppliers to be certified under any specific framework; however, the expectation is that all suppliers will adopt security practices in accordance with an industry-leading security framework.

6-Human Rights

Evergreen continues to promote gender equality, maternity protection and freedom of assembly and speech in workplace. Evergreen strives to create and maintain various open communication channels to encourage and develop the employer-employee relationship in workplace.
